Fulfillment Policy

 

Orders may be canceled prior to being shipped. Once shipped, all sales are final unless there was a quality problem with the product at the time of purchase.  If the items ordered arrived defective, damaged, or spoiled, you can contact customer service for a replacement. You will need to provide:

• The order information and the date codes on the product (stamped on the product bottle or label)

• The date the package arrived

• The condition of your order when it arrived

• An explanation of the problem

• The product you are requesting a replacement of

Please note that all requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the purchase.  After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a replacement. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
